Excel Homes is proud to be involved in the Builder/Realtor Cooperation Program between the Calgary Region Home Builders Association and the Calgary Real Estate board.

We are pleased to welcome realtors and their clients to our various sales centres throughout the City of Calgary, Okotoks, Cochrane, Airdrie and Strathmore.

Please note that as per the Guidelines and Code of Conduct set out in the Builder/Realtor Coop Program:

• Realtors are required to register their clients with the Excel sales representative on a Realtor Registration form which is signed by both parties.
• The Realtor must accompany the prospective client during this initial visit.
• A separate Registration form must be filled out for each Excel sales centre visited.
